First out is the long awaited selftitled split CD between Norway's noise-alchemists in Golden Serenades and Swedens Force Majeure - Sewer Election in collaboration with Treriksröset! The cover artwork alone (crafted by Sten Ove Toft) is already said to make this album a cult classic! Close to 56 minutes of wall-to-wall noise will certainly make you wonder why the hell you even bother to listen to anything else.

Spawning out of the Roggbif nest is also one of Norways longest running experimental outfits. Origami Galaktika has been going at it since the early 90's - and with the album Laos Vegas mainman B9 proves that there is no plans to end this ongoing trend of high quality output. Filled with field recordings of munk choirs from Laos, casino-guards chasing him in Las Vegas and dark ambience, this is the perfect record to enlighten yourself, sleep or just listen intencely to. Originally intended as an LP on Beta-Lactam Ring 5 years ago - now seeing the light of day on CD here at Roggbif!

RÖYSKATT CONCERT AT THE ÖYA FESTIVAL

Röyskatt [Sten Ove Toft & Andreas Meland] will perform a concert at the Öya Festival in Oslo, Saturday 11th August. They will walk around on the festival area the whole festival and record applause given to other artists at their concerts, then Röyskatt will prosess these sounds during the actual performance! Info in norwegian to be found here - other artists playing at the same stage - Enga - this night will be amongst others Melvins! Other artists playing at the 4-day open-air festival is TOOL, Jazkamer, Cock ESP, NIN, Amy Winehouse, Shining, etc. etc.
